Chicken to Arnold: "This is Fowl"

The governor once again has chicken on his tail.

Students and teachers rallied in San Diego this weekend to protest Governor Schwarzenegger's proposed budget, including $4.4 billion in cuts to education spending.

This isn't the first time a chicken tried to call out the governor: 'Chicken Arnold' challenged him in 2005 when he was dogged by students, teachers, nurses, workers and firefighters protesting against his ultimately rejected ballot propositions at a costly extra election. Here's what 'Chicken Arnold' had to say to the gov then. The public's disappointment in 2005 mirrors his falling approval rating now, down to 44% according to the latest PPIC poll.
