King Arnold?

At a press conference today, Arnold avoided a question about whether he would serve a third term if term limits were extended for constitutional officers.
It appears that it's more than just a rumor that the plan to move California's presidential primary to February is really a trojan horse to hold a special election so a term limits extension can give the gov four more years in the Sacramento Hyatt.
